BLACK: The site of the 2002 and 2009 US Opens, 2012 Barclays, and upcoming site for the 2019 PGA Championship and 2024 Ryder Cup, is considered one of America’s best public challenges. NOTE: The course is for walkers only.
CADDIES: Choices: carry your bag, bring your own caddie, pull/push your own cart (complimentary carts will be provided). Also, you may request a caddie. The fee is $100 per bag, not including tip. NOTE: Caddies do not carry single. Include that thought into your pairing preference(s) for the day.
RIDE TO HOLES: All golfers will ride to starting tees from assembly area, leave carts, walk for golf, then use carts to return to clubhouse after round is completed. For those using Bethpage pull carts, they will be waiting at the tee box.
COMPETITION: A $5 skins game is planned. Nearest to the pin: Hole No. 14
RSVP: Return the entry form by 5 pm, Monday, May 19, with a $115 check or online card payment to cover NYS green fee, food and beverage, and MGWA charities donation (per our Exec Committee) to:

DIRECTIONS: LIE to Exit 44-S (Seaford/Oyster Bay Expressway). Proceed 3.5 miles to Exit 8 (Powell Avenue). Turn left and follow signs to course.
