Re: Fresh Meadow Outing Date Changed to October 9th

Please make a note that the date for our 2018 season-ending gathering at Fresh Meadow CC on Long Island has changed to Tuesday, October 9th.

A notice for signing up to attend the event will go out next week.

A belated conflict at the club necessitated a date change for our visit to Fresh Meadow, which was honored in June at our annual MGWA National Awards Dinner as the Association's Met-Area Club of the Year.

The gathering on October 9th at Fresh Meadow will feature an indoor presentation, buffet lunch and afternoon golf competition, along with prizes and refreshments after golf. The golf tournament scheduled that day is our annual MGWA Team Shootout.

So everyone, please make a note of the date change, and hope to see you at Fresh Meadow.
